Q1. What is the MOQ & Price Term?
No MOQ for 1st sample order. Small quantity is acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For order quantities more than 1000-2000 pcs (depends on models), prices will be FOB. Sample orders are welcomed.
Q2. Can you do custom designs and requirements?
Yes, as a direct manufacturer with mold and plastic injection workshops, we can design and develop as per requirements. For packing and logos, customization is available with a MOQ of 1000 pcs per color.
Q3. When is the delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery is about 15-20 days depending on quantity. For customized packing and logos, delivery is 25-30 days.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Official orders are shipped by sea, taking 35-50 days depending on the destination.
Q5. What is your payment term?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts above USD 5000, 30% deposit is required to start production, with 70% paid before delivery. For amounts under USD 5000, full payment is recommended to save bank charges.
Q6. Are samples available for quality testing?
Yes, sample orders are welcomed for all models to check the quality and cartoon design features before placing a bulk order.
